About me

Getting to know your practitioner is an integral part of creating a wonderful, relaxing massage experience. So let me tell you a bit about myself!

The first seven years of my career I spent working as a physical therapist assistant (PTA) in a family-owned sports and orthopedic rehabilitation clinic. There I developed a particular skill and love for working with soft tissue interventions. This paired with creating extensive stretching and strengthening programs complimented my patients’ recoveries.

My bodywork style is a blend of trigger point release, firm pressure with a relaxing, therapeutic edge. Each client has different needs that can vary by session, so every massage is uniquely customized. I specialize in deep tissue work and corrective massage.

I also have a particular passion for working with athletes, from professional sports, to Olympic level, to the weekend warriors. Since I too lead a very active lifestyle, participating in Crossfit workouts several days a week, I can personally relate to the athletic demands on the body. With a focus to enhance sports recovery, to prevent injury, and to provide an essential part of their fitness journey-this is my goal for my athletic clientele.
